Due to the escalating COVID-19 crisis, all cancelled shows that have been booked online will be automatically refunded to your credit card.
Refunds for tickets purchased at Reception or via phone will be processed as soon as practicable.
Those patrons who have supplied us with their phone numbers when booking tickets will be personally contacted as to how the refund process will be completed.
We anticipate that there MAY be further cancellations and will keep you informed if this happens.
Some events have been POSTPONED to appear at a future date at the club. In this case, patrons will be informed and given the opportunity of a refund or the choice of keeping the original ticket which will be honoured at the future performance.
In all cases, we would appreciate your patience if you are waiting for a refund.
